Great service! The staff working are helpful and don’t leave you misinformed. If you left a bad review about how they operated during COVID and how they had to follow procedures please reevaluate your life.

Quick quality service

This place is the worst. First, they gave me someone else’s VAT forms, so I had to go back and fix it. Then when I did that I had to hand them my cac to verify it’s me. The lady never gave it back so I had to cancel my patients treatment because this place doesn’t know how to work properly. Very upsetting that no one took accountability.

Says you have to make appointment, just to print out a VAT Form, on the Ramstein Appointment Website. I've check now through March and nothing is available!!!

VTaxation can be a confusing and daunting task, but the VAT Office personnel made it a breeze! The staff were incredibly helpful and explained the VAT program and policies in great detail. There was zero wait time, and no appointment was required. It was like winning the tax lottery! The VAT office was a well-oiled machine, and the staff were a well-trained team. It was a pleasant surprise, and I was in and out in no time.If you're in need of VAT assistance, this is the place to go. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
