I recently had the pleasure of staying in an UKIO apartment and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rental process was with the sales department smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The best looking apartments that I have ever Been too. They are so cozy it feels like home away from home. Also the customer service is absolutely world class. I had a request for a change and an entire team was working to resolve my issue. Absolutely remarkable team!

Sehr angenehme Wohnung in schönem Kiez, perfekte Lage zum Einkaufen, Kneipen, Restaurants. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nur die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer sollte man verbessern: es fehlt eine Stehlampe neben dem Sofa, um Abends lesen zu können und die Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer sollte nicht in der Mitte des Raums sondern über dem Esstisch hängen, das wäre gemütlicher. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die spanish-style Zwei-Personen-Decken im Bett, wo man als Paar unter einer gemeinsamen Decke steckt. Deutsche bevorzugen da doch eher zwei getrennte Decken. Der Service war sehr engagiert, alle Probleme so schnell wie möglich zu lösen. Die kleine Katastrophe beim Einzug, dass der Schlüssel-Übergabe-Kiosk am Sonntag Abend gegen alle Verabredungen geschlossen war, war nicht die Schuld von Ukio. Yuliya fuhr dann spät am Abend einmal quer durch Berlin, um mir die Schlüssel zu bringen. Danke für den Einsatz. Ich kann Formi auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
