Slowest Popeyes I have ever visited. I timed it at almost 10 mins for 2 cars to order food. Not a single car waiting for food in front of us, as I would have understood if it was that busy. And after all that, they forgot part of my order.

The food is always fresh and well made, but they always forget everything in the drive through. Anything extra you want like sauces, an extra biscuit, fries, etc is always forgotten in the drive through. Staff seem to care less about getting it right when you get it to go. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of money since when you dine in there are never issues! They also are very careless when getting drinks in the drive through, they spill it over the cup so that the cup is drenched in your drink and sticky, making your hands and car sticky and wet.I don't think there was a single time we got it to go that they didn't forget something like a sauce, or an extra side, and my hands/car being sticky with soda.

We made a quick stop to Popeyes on our way back from a sporting event. We took it to go because we were in a hurry. It was hot and fresh. We had the chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese both were good.

Didn't want to write a review but felt like I needed to. Normally one would check their bags when ordering prior to leaving a fast food joint, just to be certain all is there. I should have done that. However, I only ordered 3 items. I figured no one could screw that up. Well, today was the day. At about 1230 this afternoon, they didn't put in a spicy chicken sandwich. Those things are like $10. I am not gonna raise a stink but for God's sake, it was 3 items...how can you screw that up?

Over 1yr and they still do not have salt packets to give out. They say they can not order any but, it will be in on next shipment. Heard that for the last year.....

Service was so slow I left after waiting for 15 minutes for them to take my order. There was only a couple customers ahead of me and they only got through one while I was waiting. They had several staff present, but it seemed like they didn’t have a good process of managing orders.

Foods always fresh when I come by but they are always out of something (supply chain issue not their issue).Chicken sandwich still delish popcorn shrimp is cooked with the spicy chicken so a bit too spicy for my 2 year old. Service is better than okay but not great a lot of small attention to details missed, no napkins cutlery were given with our food, they didn't ask which condiments we would like with our meal either. But they were professional and kind. You just have to think for them a little bit.

How did you guys access to the Popeyes? ？I drove 2 hours to there and finally found it is located in a US base. Soldiers came to check ID and then I was told that it is not allowed to access. Curious about how you guys successfully enjoyed the fried chicken and left a comment here, do you guys all work in the base?

They need to update their hours because they are not open until 8 PM. They close at seven but unfortunately they are now closing 10 minutes before seven which I don’t think it’s fair when your hours stay on the door open until 7 PM. We arrive 10 minutes before they were going to close to quickly grab some thing just to only find out they close the doors and this is happened multiple times and I don’t think it’s okay to be closing 10 min before 7pm.
