Warning, don't trust this company, you can lose your parcels. Fallow tracking this company received (signed) shipment 10 days ago, but no answer any more. Ignore emails, not answer phone, but answer to new customers query's. Avoid Avoid.

Have 2 shipment already in the werehouse for more than a month. Alaready pay for the package but there is no updated progress at all.Contacting via email and phone is useless because there is no response at all.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered while dealing with a company. I have 2 documents delivered against my account, one of which was received 3 weeks ago. I paid €7 for a scan the day after it arrived and 3 emails later I've still heard nothing from MyKrautbox. They only send automated emails back asking not to send any further inquiries because their team is small. I expected at least replies to my emails when paying €25 to just open an account. Find another German forwarder.

Great company. The others who´ve given one star probably were a bunch of weirdos trying to ship illegal stuff.
