Absolut Spitze ich bin dauernd da um Sachen nach Amerika und Weltweit zu verschicken, wenn ich mal 10 Jahre vorher gewusst hätte dass dort auch die Zollerklärungen gemacht werden können hätte ich viele Arbeitsstunden eingespart. My turntable arrived expertly packed in two containers just days after shipment (and in perfect condition) thanks to Romain and his expert staff.Mailboxes Etc locations are independently owned and the quality of service can vary from location to location. With that said, if you have an option to choose between this location and another MBE shop in Berlin, choose this location! Romain helped us dig ourselves out of a big hole when we couldn't return to Berlin, because of Covid, to empty our daughter's apartment at the end of the lease. Romain is not in the apartment furniture removal business, but still offered his help. Co-ordinating the removal from 1800 kms away was a bit daunting, but with the help of a friend of a friend living in Berlin and Romain's offer to stretch his normal operating envelope (got that pun in!) we got there in the end. Romain was always timely, helpful and to the point in communications. I would recommend his services without reservation.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. I have used about five times now with complicated shipments from Berlin to USA. Each time they have extremely helpful and pack very well and explain my options and help find the lowest rate. Their English is perfect and they do not seem to mind to take however much time is needed. If you are are American and need help shipping anything this is your place. I wish I had a place this good and reliable in Los Angeles.
