We have commissioned an official measurement of an apartment of less than 45 sqm to buy it. Herr Dipl.Ing. Michael Ralph had asked for 680 euros. After we paid, and that was immediately, he sent us an e-mail with the requested documents. We also waited two months for the official documents signed and stamped by post. When we asked for them, Herr Dipl.Ing. Michael Ralph said that he was both sick and on vacation. He mockingly added that he feels that we are able to print ourselves the documents in the email he had originally sent us. We waited another month and contacted him again to mail us the original document. He did not bother to respond. Another month has passed and we still have not received the documents we paid for in our mailbox. Now I have to file a complaint with the authorities just because Herr Dipl.Ing. Michael Ralph is too lazy and despises the customers who paid for his expensive services. Do not do business with this man.
