Some good things but Ive been there twice and theres a male member of staff who spoke to me rudely for no reason first times. The first time I couldnt hear what the lady was saying because of her mask, and today I asked if he has Xmas pudding and he didnt like that either. Nice customers though

Lovingly selected gems dearly missed by those familiar with them. Good selection of tea, chocolates, frozen meat and bakery products and some decorative items to round of the selection. Prices are - of course - a little steeper, but nothing else should be expected to compensate for the trouble. Also super friendly owner. Coming here regularly.

A beautiful store to satisfy your cravings for all sorts of British and Irish condiments, sweets and savouries. The owner is lovely and hats off to her for keeping it going in spite of brexit.

Really disinterested, curt, rude, surly, sarcastic staff. The previous owners were so much nicer and had heaps of personality, whereas these new ones are dead boring. You’d be getting much friendlier service from a slotmashine. Everytime I’ve been there I need to take a nap in my freezer to warm up. They are the reason why I stopped supporting small retailers and shops: if that is the gratitude for our efforts, we might as well keep buying from large online retailers and, be kind to our wallets in the process. The warmth one gets from an illiterate UPS-delivery driver is infinitely greater than the virtually living-dead in Broken English. I am fed-ip and so through with retailers who think they are doing you a favour even though it is our money and custom that keeps them afloat and affords them an existence.

Ein toller Laden. Klein und fein. Mal was anderes. Man wird immer sehr freundlich empfangen und beraten. Gefühlt gibt es hier alles, was das Herz begehrt... Schokolade, Bonbons, Kekse, Lebensmittel, Küchenutensilien, Tassen, Preise sind teuer, aber es sind eben originale Produkte von sehr guter Qualität. Reinschauen lohnt sich und ich bin sicher, man geht nicht raus, ohne zumindest eine Kleinigkeit gekauft zu haben.
