Ein sehr schöner kleiner Laden, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist. Das Sortiment an Film ist riesig und die Beratung sowohl geduldig als auch ehrlich und gestützt auf Fachwissen. Ich war absolut zu Frieden und freue mich wieder zu kommen. Zur Film Entwicklung kann ich leider noch nichts sagen, dies wird aber definitiv nachgeholt. Sehr großes Lob!

Große Auswahl an Filmen und Foto-Equipment.Leider wurde ich jetzt schon vermehrt mit der Lieferzeit enttäuscht. Auf der Website als Im Versand ab Lager. Lieferzeit 1-5 Werktage" deklariert. Nachdem ich nach einer Woche noch nichts gehört habe

Mir wurde ein Film für eine Kaputte Kamera verkauft und erst nach dem aufmachen der Packung gesagt das es nicht funktioniert. Musste den Film natürlich trotzdem zahlen, absolute abzocke !!! Nicht zu empfehlen die Mitarbeiter waren auch nicht daran interessiert mit zu helfen.

Fotoimpex ist ein großartiger Ort für Fotografen. Der Laden hat eine große Auswahl an Zubehör für analoge Fotografie. Der Service ist hervorragend und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle Fotoimpex jedem, der auf der Suche nach einer großartigen Erfahrung in der analogen Fotowelt ist. Ein Manko ist, dass die Entwicklung der Filme länger dauert als angegeben.

Unfassbar passiv aggressiver Mitarbeiter, lässt einen völlig im Dunkeln bei Fragen zu den eigenen Produkten und gibt einen das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein. Verstehe überhaupt nicht, woher seine Wut kam. Man kann so freundlich sein wie man möchte, er bildet sich im Kopf sofort seine Urteil. Für Beratungen super ungeeignet, außer man will mit einem schlechten Gefühl da rausgehen. Die Entwicklung dauert lange und ist durchschnittlich.

Regrettably, I concur with the majority of reviews regarding this place. It's disheartening to admit that the staff appears perpetually annoyed, emanating an unwelcoming air of superiority. However, I must acknowledge that the recently hired employees demonstrate a refreshing change—they exude friendliness and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in assisting me with my orders.Nevertheless, I find myself actively avoiding this establishment due to the significant increase in the development time for film processing. Presumably, this delay can be attributed to the surge in demand and the prevailing trend towards analog photography. This deviation from their usual efficiency has become a notable inconvenience.

Well I could say so many Bad things about this shop... I think its time to share them.I was a regular customer for around 6 months. I was buying all my film there and also Dev-Scanning. After a big bunch of bad experiences being treated really bad (mainly by the long hair old man but also other employees) I really promise myself to avoid spending my money there.Yesterday I needed to buy just one roll of Cinestill 400D and I was one minute away from the shop so I check the website to see if the film was available and it was so I went. When I arrived I noticed they change the distribution of the shop and all the 3 employees were new to me, I had a good feeling in that moment that lasted just a few seconds.After waiting for my turn I politely ask for a roll of Cinestill 400D and I pointed with my hand where it was since I could see it from the counter. Then the employee looked at the shelf and told me that it was not available, then I told her yes they were there to which she replied no that it was 120 and not 35mm. ( I could see from the counter there were 35mm).So then I told her that I had looked on the web and that it was available to which he told me that they had not updated it.. All cheap lies. She simply didn't want to sell me the film for whatever reason that crossed her mind and it's not the first time this has happened to me here.I have solid conclusions after more than 30 visits over the months.1-Racism is there in many shapes. They treat you different according to your nationality. Yes, this happens here. In a Analog Photography Shop in the city center of Berlin.2-But not only that, the long hair old guy treats you different if you are male or female, I have seen it many times.3-They don´t sell you products that are available maybe for the reasons above.4- They lost films and negatives pretty often. No apologies. Never. Is always customers fault. It Happened to me twice.5- 90% of the times they treat you with arrogance with bad manners.Something is really wrong here. its very Sad.I rather prefer to take photos with my phone than spend my money here.

Entwicklung der Negative dauerte einen Monat. Kommunikation per Mail oder Telefon stets ohne Antwort. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter wie bereits öfters beschrieben. Offensichtlich will man keine Neukunden.

Mir wurde zugesichert, dass die Filme in 3-4 Tagen entwickelt werden. Jetzt warte ich schon seit 7 Wochen auf die Filme und telefonisch und per Mail ist niemand erreichbar. Meine Fotos würde ich nicht mehr hier entwickeln lassen

Schon wieder kommt es zu Verzögerungen im Versand. Da beschweren sich Leute seit Jahren drüber - aber es scheint irgendwie egal zu sein. Über die berühmte Kaltschnäuzigkeit der Mitbarbeiter im Laden muss man garnicht diskutieren. Auch das ist seit Jahren bekannt. Die hassen ihre Job scheinbar sehr. Ich tippe mal auf gescheiterte Künstler.
