The absolute worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. It may have instructions in English, but they are so complicated and unclear that not only I, but others who I witnessed also had trouble understanding them and using the machines. There’s a huge sign on the back wall saying that cashless payment is available. However, it is only for these four specific machines which are obsolete compared to the rest. Only cash payment is available for main machines. And the Turkish owner is a grumpy unhelpful p r i c k who dislikes the idea of actually assisting his customers. Well here’s an idea buddy, get tf out of this business if you’re going to have that disgusting attitude, that way you won’t ever have to feel bothered again in your life

This is a very convenient and reliable self service washing/drying service. Most machines take coins but there are a couple with card payment options. You can exchange bills for coins right there and also buy a laundry detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed a lot of instructions and the owner was enthusiastic about helping us. There is also a cafe next door with delicious coffee, cool drinks and pastries. There are tables and chairs outside where customers can enjoy refreshments while waiting for the laundry to be done. As a tourist, I highly recommend this laundromat!

If I could give it 0, I would. I went today and the man working there was clearly unhappy to be there because he was throwing and smacking his cleaning supplies around. My wife and I didn’t see the hours when we started washing had he told us that we would not be able to dry we would not have loaded the washing machine. He said nothing and when the washer was done he rushed us out with wet clothing. He told us they were closed. In other words, he left us with wet clothes at 9:30 when we were leaving to Munich at 6 am the next day. All he had to do was point out their hours let us know we wouldn’t be able to wash and dry BEFORE we started and we could have changed our plans. Very inconsiderate and very poor attitude.

Maschinen wirken sauber und ordentlich. Preise sind nicht ganz günstig, dafür kann Bar oder mit Karte gezahlt werden. Die Trockner sind schön groß. Der Waschsalon hat auch WLAN, weshalb man auch seinen Laptop aufklappen und warten kann. Das Passwort ist jedoch nur im Café erhältlich, welches kürzere Öffnungszeiten hat als der Waschsalon selbst. Alles in allem ein guter Waschsalon.

May be one of only wash salon left in this area,Super old style looking place , don’t think so ever it’s renovated.Cafe at site closed very early so no chance to wait and have coffee in eveing to get your laundry done ,Always a queue of people , many people sometimes even fighting for machines ,I tried this out of emergency in cold wet weather day,On Plus side , it has Miele machine which are good at job and all works,But the dryer are not from Miele.Keep in mind it has card and cash option but mostly the coin box is full so u won’t be able to use the machine anyway.

Clean, helpful staff (as an English speaker needing help), lots of machines! You can pay for a wash with a card, but soap and drying requires cash. There’s an ATM next door to make it easy.

This laundromat is amazing, but remember CASH ONLY for fortune there’s an atm right next to this local. The owner is from Syria and is super nice and helpful, he has kind of a coffee shop and free wifi so you can bring your laptop. There’s like a whole process to do your washing so better to ask him or someone has already putting their clothes, but once you have cash everything is quick even starting with the number of the machines, perfect place!!!

Fantastic Laundromat run by a lovely gentleman. Good coffee while you wait and assistance if you need help using the machines! Highly recommended!

Ultimately, it does the job for cleaning and drying clothes. However, the instructions for someone who does not speak German were so confusing and unclear. The person who was working there was also very unclear in their instructions when trying to help. Even new German customers were confused. This person also seem to get very annoyed when I was in need of help. Café was underwhelming.

Easy place to do clothes. You do run into a few tourists here. Cost was decent also.
