Etwas unübersichtlich und wer da das sagen hat lässt sich nur schwer rausfinden. Fragen wurden nur unwillig und oberflächlich beantwortet. Vom seriösen Gebrauchtwagenmarkt weit entfernt.

Auto wie beschrieben, Besitzer sehr freundlich und um das Wohl des Käufers bemüht

Ich habe hier vor circa 1 monat mir ein Auto gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden. Der Chef namens Munir ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hat mich Professionell beraten. Man merkt das er sein bestes gibt damit seine Kunden zufrieden sind.Huts

We dealt with the son of company owner[Munir] who could speak to us and explain things very well in English as we have just relocated from Scotland. He helped us understand the regulations and process for registering the car, answered all our questions and gave us a lot more help than all of the dealers we had visited previously put together. He's a very friendly professional and knowledgeable man who you can tell wants to help people find what they need. The father also was on hand to answer questions and help us with the process of buying our first car here in Germany. The cars in the lot were nice and very well priced but when we saw the Skoda roomster we had made up our minds. We took it for a test drive with dealer plates and took it to an independent garage as advised by Munir, they found the brakes would need to be replaced before the TUV would pass it which he agreed to without problem. He will take it there and get any repairs needed sorted for us and do a full service, change the oil etc before we collect the car. Nicer or more genuine people would be hard to find anywhere. Really delighted to have taken the time to drive from Cologne to go and see what they had to offer.

Sehr enttäuscht....trotzt telefonischer Absprache umsonst den Weg gemacht Anfahrt fast 1,5 Stunden....Auto wurde einfach schon verkauft ....unprofessionell......

Ich habe einen BMW gekauft und alles war sehr gut und der Umgang war sehr nett und verständnisvoll

Warnung vor diesem Händler, lassen Sie sich nicht von den falschen Bewertungen blenden.Habe dort ein Fahrzeug für 10.000€ gekauft, es hatte wie im wie sich nach kurz Zeit raus stellte, extreme Mängel.Öl Verluste und Verbrauch, Fahrwerk defekt etc.Er sollte es reparieren und brachte es zu seiner Partner" Werkstatt

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden hier, angerufen, am selben Tag vorbei gefahren und konnte noch nie so schnell eine Probefahrt machen. Nach zwei Monaten läuft das Auto genau so wie am ersten Tag. Alles Tip Top. Der Chef war auch sehr zukommend, deshalb würde ich auch bei meinem nächsten Auto-Kauf sofort hier erstmal vorbeischauen.Grüße Huts

Auto war wie beschrieben, der Chef war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Die Autos sind auch alle sehr sauber, und der Laden im allgemeinen vertrauenswürdig.
