Endlich kann man wieder entspannt auf Kreuzfahrt gehen. Wir wählten dazu den Törn Highlights am Polarkreis" mit der AIDAluna. Das Schiff ist schon etwas älter

First experience with Aida, Aida Luna to Norway. Unfortunately, very disappointed.Having been on other cruise ships, I am disappointed with the level of standards. The ship is from 2009, a really nice one in general but it appears to be much much older. Really needs an overhaul. The balcony cabin had a carpet full with stains, even the bed sheets. The balcony is not practical to be used (6th floor - front of ship) with metal construction abstracting the view and also very loud generator and tender ship operation. The room is not well sound isolated, and can get quite annoying surround with babies.The general Aida staff, bar, and restaurant service is very poor and unfriendly. The restaurants are not well cleaned (floor gluing) and the service not attentive at all. The entertainment program can be better. The cocktails are very sweet and made of different syrups and not enjoyable. The Aida app isn’t working well and does not include all the needed information like on other cruises. Unfortunately the list goes on...I intended to give this feedback right on the ship, but I was advised to use the iTerminals (fixed iPads) - which enable single feedback entry (so each category individually; room, ship, restaurant by name). That’s really not practical, nor customer friendly.Quite unfortunate because the designations visited were breathtaking.

Amazing crew, food, holiday. Highly recommended.

lt Aida sollten wir am 25.11.223 Stunden vor Abflug am Airport Hamburg eintreffen. Der EW Flug nach Heraklion Start um 6.05 hWas bringt es wenn der Airport erst um 4 .00 h seine Schalter öffnet ?

Eine Woche mit AIDA Prima unterwegs gewesen. England, Frankreich, Belgien und Niederlande. Gestartet von Hamburg aus. Es war eine tolle Reise! Das sollte jeder einmal erlebt haben! Eine großartige Organisation an Bord, ein großes Kompliment an alle Crew- Mitglieder: Euer Service in den einzelnen Bereichen war sensationell! Alles sehr sauber und einladend dekoriert! Wir sehen uns auf einem der Schiffe bestimmt wieder!
