We called and took appointment for MRI of Head. The receptionist did not ask for any details... Just took Name from us and gave us a date and time. I did ask her if she needs any details like DOB etc. She did not take anything else. Waited all time to get the MRI done.. Went on the appointment date and then they say they don't accept Public health insurance. They should tell this while booking an appointment. In Germany getting appointment for such tests are so painful due to long waiting times (at times 2-3 months) and end of the day when you get one you are turned down last minute coz they did not tell you what kind of insurance they accept. Complete waste of time.. and now we suffer to take another appointment again.
