This real estate company is the opposite of professional... our experience with them was quite unfriendly. Rented a flat from them, which they ran for a couple (landlords). They knowingly rented us an apartment that was prone to mold/moisture. After a normal wet winter in Köln, a deadly mold appeared on the bedroom wall... ignored us for three months, which we spent in the living room...with the help of professionals we didn’t pay them for the wanted damages and remaining contract.All in all would look elsewhere for a broker...Philippson himself is dishonest.
