UCG - Used Car Guys Service Center

First off was overcharged for my car due to this service, which was fine because a year warranty sounds good… But you can never set appointments and if you do they are 3 months out.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.Brought my warranty covered car to them and it took a whole two months of hassle to get it back.I would have to call them constantly to try and get an update because I was without my main transportation and I would get lied to about the status and was even told to “borrow a friend’s car” to get around. This place is a joke. Do not take your car here to get repaired.

I have used the Used Car Guys service centre on a number of occasions and have always found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. But more importantly, the standard of the work that they have carried out has been first class on each visit. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again in the future as and when the need arises.

Amazing, fast and honest service. Speaks english and takes VAT forms.Updating my last review. Ed is an American Veteran and I've been with him for the past two years (for routine or moderately advanced maintenance) and I've been consistently impressed with the work and honestly of his business. I know just enough about cars to be dangerous and I've always been impressed by the fair prices and honest guidance/feedback (even when the guidance means less or no money made for his business).

I was really happy that I found somewhere that offered advice and service. Without getting a feeling they were taking advantage of me not know a lot about cars.I will be back in 6 months for an oil change. I can recommend my buddies use this place.VAT form and credit card accepted. No issues which is great!!!

Bought a car from the dealership and first week had a couple major issues with the vehicle. The first issue they resolved In a reasonable amount of time. Got the vehicle back. Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it’s part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it’s going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it’s going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don’t know when it will get fixed because they weren’t going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I’ve been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it’s going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it’s at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it’s done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He’s being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That’s not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That’s not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I’ve ever had. The worst I’ve ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car.The salesman Matt was a nice guy. He treated me well. This wasn’t his fault. The manager John got involved after a while saying he was going to help me get to the bottom of it but really didn’t do much. He meant well and maybe my expectations were too high but in my mind a customer trying to see how long this is going to take isn’t a unreasonable request. Of course I’m going to keep getting frustrated when I get zero information besides we are working on it. Can’t give you a timeline etc..

Ed Armstrong is an angel. We were driving from Garmisch to Belgium and our car started acting up with a very jittery steering wheel and possibly loose tire. We pulled in to the service center just before 5 PM with no appointment and Ed jumped into action and tightened all the lug nuts, looked under the car at everything, and test drove the car. He assured us we would make it home and advised us to get the tires balanced as soon as possible. He charged us NOTHING. We made it home. The peace of mind Ed provided was priceless. I highly recommend Used Car Guys service center!!

They honored their warranty. It wasn't the quickest timeline; but, I felt like I was treated very well in the end. Thank you to Tom and the team here.

Nice place to shop for new cars. They aren’t too pushy. Go after hours and find what u like. Shop around and price check online to compare. They don’t negotiate. Friendly staff though.

Acceptable work. Charged 160 for an oil change so pretty costly.
