UPDATE (Oct 2021): The company reacted very positively to my review and concerns and offered a couple of vouchers for courses, which gives me the impression this might have been just a bad day. I will update the review when the receipts for these vouchers do the course based on their experiences.I do not recommend doing this course, at least in English (I did it on a Saturday from 14 to 21:30, or so it said, because first thing to complain about is it was held only until 19:30. After that there was only a photo session for people needing a biometric photo. From the remaining 5.5 hours of the supposed 7.5 hours of course, about 2 hours were also spent in eye tests for all participants. If I knew it would take so long I would rather go somewhere else to do the eye test much faster than that. But even if I would have done so, that wouldn't have saved me from the wait, because the eye tests were done in the middle of the course, so I would have to stay and wait anyway. From the remaining 3.5 hours, around 1 hours was spent in breaks (2 half-hour breaks) and from the remaining 2.5 hours it was about half an hour introduction and filling paperwork and 1 hour real content and 1 hour seeing other participants practicing.On top of this, the teacher was extremely rude, always making fun of students, sarcastic, patronizing and even when he really knew a lot, he barely corrected students when making mistakes that were obvious even for other student caring enough to actually see the person doing the exercise.I really don't understand how a first aid curse in this academy can be considered officially as valid...EDIT: Thank you Andreas for your detailed reply. I can understand if it was an exceptional situation if there are supposed to be someone helping with the tests but that was also never communicated to us (that there was some extra person missing). Also what you mention about doing exercises when people are taking tests makes a lot of sense, I hope you can do that in the future if you are short on staff instead of just having dead time for everyone. Is good to see you can take feedback and this gives me a better perspective of the company despite the bad experience, so I really hope the feedback is useful and nobody else gets an experience like mine.
