Best customer service around, and willing to work around the most difficult schedules. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Husband and wife team, very friendly staff. Makes children feel very welcome. Daughters teeth turned out amazing.

We had a positive experience with Dr. Dillon and his staff. My daughter has an appliance already, we PC'sd here in March so I was looking for dental clinic that would do an ortho transfer. I guess I didn't do my research well enough that I was not aware of Dr. Dillon's practice. We ended up scheduling with a different dental office which took a while for my daughter to get seen. They did a screening and wanted to take out her current appliance out and put theirs in. We would be charged with €4000 with €1330 upfront.Then unforeseen circumstances happened that my Husband needed to take a job back in the states. So my husband and I are pulling out our hairs trying to figure out who will take us and assess my daughter to get her braces looked at. Dr. Dillon was heading out of the country when we called and explained our predicament. He was willing to take us in to check my daughter's braces and maybe change the bands and see where she's at. He even indicated that she doesn't need her to get her old appliance remove just to get a new appliance applied. Anyhow, I just want to say I'm grateful to him and his staff and if we didnt have to leave, I would have stuck with him and gotten my son's braces started with then as well.

After years of feeling self conscious about the gaps between my teeth, I decided to invest in my smile and pay Dr. Dillon a visit. He and his entire hospitable team took excellent care of my smile and addressed all my concerns along the way. His kind and easy going demeanor put me at ease and made my invisalign experience a pleasant one. Highly recommended!!

If yourein need of an orthodontics, I STRONGLY recommend Dr. Dillion. He is very timely, proficient, cost effective, and has THE TOUCH dealing with your mouth. He made my painful past experiences painless. The professionalism of his staff and skillets made this a wonderful experience for me.

First of all, we got an appointment right the next morning after I called, which is already quite unusual. Mr. Dillon gave me an immediate estimate of $ 5,500 for my daughter to be paid in cash and in advance !?!We just consulted another, well-known and well-established orthodontist in the area, who said my daughter wouldn't need braces at all, since her teeth are almost perfect as is. I would definitely not recommend this doctor. I work at Ramstein AFB since 2004, have four kids and never experienced anything like it, with any kind of doctor.

Dr. Dillon and his staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with. He did my daughters Invisalign and my sons braces. My kids have been seeing him for almost 2 years and we are very happy with his services and the overall customer service in the office. Would highly recommend!
