Total unfreundlich, ein Stern ist sogar zu viel für die Mitarbeiterin Frau Alter, wenn sie so überhaupt heißt.Ich habe nachgefragt wie sie heißt und daraufhin teilt sie mir mit mein Name ist Alter aber schreiben sie es richtig". Wenn man keine Lust hat zu arbeiten

I called themBut i didn’t speak German because i don’t know .she shouts at me and end the call in very rude wayNot recommended at alll.I’ve already called them to ask about German course because i want to learn German so they suppose to speak English at least... because the foreigners people who will talk to them not German people !!!!

Guten Tag,Würde man hier Minus Sterne vergeben,würden wir gerne dies tun. 1 Stern ist zuviel. Im Büro die Mitarbeiterinnen sind total unfreundlich,am Telefon erzählen sie was anderes und wenn man da ankommt wird man wie Luft behandelt. Soviel Anstand haben alle 3 Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro nicht gehabt und auch nur ein kleines Tschüß zu sagen. Leider total unzufrieden.

I have happened to take the Intergration course as it is compulsory for my visa( spouse visa as I am married to a German). I was willing so much to learn German and to take a German course. Unfortunately the Intergration course is with people in different levels of people, and some are really not mannered, and not respecting other people. I have never seen a group class like this and honestly it is so disturbing the way people behave. I think the teachers should be strict and there should be rules during the class. It is so exhausting everyday spending four hours with this situation.The young lady in the office is very nice, she helped us alot when my husband and I wanted to negotiate about the situation. I think overall the teachers should be strict, therefore the people will learn how to be in a classroom.

The worst school ever. They are always behind the schedule, changing the time of exams in the last day, not responding, not teaching the whole book. and... I'm not recommending this school.

Я закончила Б2 курс. Учителя имеют высокую квалификацию. Каждый день нам давали много дополнительных материалов. Мои знания немецкого языка выросли в разы, что меня очень радует. Если человек хочет учить и сдать экзамен, не обходимо заниматься по 4-5 часов в день и 4 часа длится урок. Учить дома необходимо очень много! Это обязательное условие. Атмосфера в школе благоприятная. Очень плохая работа бюро. Уроки отменялись, заблаговременно нас никто не извещал. Я живу в другом городе, из которого приходилось добираться 1 час. Я сдала экзамен, мой сертификат отправили на дугой адрес, хотя все документы я предоставила, в том числе и правильный адрес. Я прождала 2 месяца мой результат, в то время как все мои коллеги уже получили результаты по почте. Телефонные переговоры были безуспешны. После того, как я написала жалобу на школу, мне предложили выслать копию моего сертификата, но и ее я не получила. Пришлось персонально ехать за копией и забирать её. Спустя 2.5 месяца я еще не получила мой сертификат. Работницы бюро с этой проблемой ничего не делают, ссылаются на плохую работу почты. Это очень неприятно.

Sehr unerfahrenen Lehrer und keine richtige Aufmerksamkeit also leider zu niedrige Unterrichtsqualität für die wirklich lernen wollen.

Lern planet has very top experienced German language teachers this is the best place you definitely have to visit lf you want to pass German ,just passed my B1 exams because the teachers put in so much effort to make sure that you pass,The school has such proffessional teachers like one called frau Müller oh my God she is so good and eloquent and you get to undertand all what she teachers she teaches with so much love and passion bless her efforts and frau Agnes has just love for making sure people pass she will give out all the necessary learning materials to enable you pass,She takes her time in explaining,Herr akisit was such a wonderful teacher too but was changed durin the course .Be aware the school keeps changing teachers during the course was lucky all they changed were super good and experienced.
