It is better to pay additional 20 Euros and ship your parcels with every other company! I have waited for 4 days for the driver to arrive to a very normal address - the driver was extremely not professional did not know how to do his job, did not come near the address and did not pick any packages. I have called 6 times in 4 days to the call center everyday the collogues have promised to take care of the shipment and make sure it will be collected. After 4 days a representative told me the packages cannot be picked up and I have to bring the boxes to the warehouse which will also make it easier - and he directed me to a certain address. I paid 90 Euro taxi to arrive to the warehouse with the boxes where the warehouse sent me away and told me they do not accept packages by private individuals.
