Fabienne nahm sich deutlich mehr Zeit für den Schnitt als eingeplant war und war stets fokussiert, den Wunsch eins-zu-eins umzusetzen. Terminvereinbarung problemlos online möglich (auch kurzfristige Vereinbarung möglich). Das Team war sehr freundlich. So sieht sehr guter Kundenservice aus! Klare Weiterempfehlung!</div>

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich auch völlig in Ordnung und man kommt aufjedenfall zufrieden nach Hause und bekommt auch immer gute Tipps. Dass man einen Termin braucht finde ich auch kein Problem, denn lieber warte ich ein bisschen, aber bekomme dafür auch das was ich möchte. Danke an das tolle Team, ihr macht einen tollen Job :)</div>

Da kein Service nur 1*Edit: ich habe sie ausdrücklich gefragt, wann man spätestens davor absagen muss(weil bei manchen Friseuren eine Nachzahlungverlangt wird bei später absage)und ich davor absagen würde, falls was dazwischen kommt. Als ich am festgelegt Tag gefragt habe weshalb ich keinen Termin habe, wurde mir sehr unfreundlich geantwortet und sogar ausgelacht mit vielleicht ist das nicht der Richtige Friseur". Naja</div>
