Ich war neulichs für ein paar Nächte im Klinikum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und respektvoll.

My experience started with doctors who do not want to make a decision or offer and ask you to make one without informing you more info about risks. They expect you to be doctor and know all the terms and situations.Then 4 weeks in hospital which was the worst experience ever. Nurses are random and some of them was so rude and racism. One of them told us you should have pain and she breezed the vein and forced the patient to stand up and wash the hand in the sink.Doctors also were not so experienced and not two doctors had the same idea.Whenever you call a nurse they appear so late and they even crashed us to the wall twice while moving. They did not even know how to do aimple things like measuring the blood pressure. They meassured in 1 second manually which is impossible and they said it is okay. If you ask again they will give you another random numbers.They took lots of blood sample to test, they lost some of them and at the end they will not inform you about the results.When i asked for report of our stay to check with other doctor, they gave us small report which was not even accurate and differ from what they told us.The only reason i marked two star is because my daughter was born there and the neonatal staff were nice and more experienced.If you were lucky to see the good doctor and good nurses, you will be okay but your chance would be too low to have that.I wish i had choosen the more experienced hospital than this one.
