The hours listed are misleading. The location is not regularly staffed, you must call ahead to make an appointment for therapists to arrive. This can take a minimum of thirty minutes to easily an hour, if the appropriate personnel are even available, so the convenience of having it in the hotel is largely lost.The listing of services with commensurate prices is found only on their website and you must navigate to each service rather than being able to view them all under one listing menu. Also, as this is an independent service it is not possible to charge anything to the room as you would find in most hotels with spa services.
