DHL Paketshop 401

The service is extremely unprofessional. I had to be there twice to pick up my packets. First time no one bothered to check my identity and provided me the packet by just looking at my name on the delivery card. Also didn't take my receiving signatures.Second time the person tried to put jokes by saying, to get your packets, you have to give me money (it's extremely unprofessional, there could be no jokes). When i responded him seriously that i know how it works, kindly give me my packets. Then he started wasting my time to teach me lesson. I was waiting silently for 10 to 15 minutes and he was just going in and out, doing nothing. At the end he finally had packets in front of him. He asked me for my identity, i showed him and then he asked me to go out of the shop as he will take more time. He told me literally that he will teach me a lesson because i was rude to him (i was standing 15 minutes silent and saying nothing and he wanted to teach me a lesson because i didn't respond well to his flirty joke). This was the worst experience for me ever. DHL should take actions.
