I feel really grateful and lucky enough to experience several Biodynamic Breathwork sessions with Lisa. (Online and in person). Both was very powerful in terms of sensations, images, insights and awareness that allowed me to better understand my defense mechanisms that were no longer serving me and to allow myself to feel the different range of feelings. Connecting to my body, releasing my tension and pain , frustration and stress was so good! Welcoming buried emotions that are just waiting to be released is a great gift that you can offer to you and Lisa with her accurate guidance, her gentleness and her kindness, allows me to surrender to this experience in total safety.
