Die Kommunikation via Email ist schwierig, Antworten auf Mails waren unschön und frech. Die anderen die das ehrenamtlich machen und die Abgabe vom Schlüssel regeln usw. sind voll nett und man kann mit ihnen reden und nach Hilfe fragen. Aber der/die Bearbeiter/in der Mails ist einfach unpassend für diese Arbeit. Wenn es ihr/ihm kein Spaß macht dann soll sie/er das lassen.

Sehr schlechter und unprofessioneller Umgang mit Menschen. Das Institut ist möglicherweise der erster Kontakt eines Studenten mit dem Stuttgarter Umfeld und man wird so schlecht behandelt. Einfach zum schämen.

Mixed Opinion! Hence 3 star rating.As Uni Stuttgart is internationally renowned, there will be international students who would be taking this service. Hence the person who leads this service, at the bare minimum, must have some very basic intercultural competencies. However, it is not so. Its very much visible in the very first email, he expects us to behave like an ideal German. Replies back in a condescending attitude. Doesn't reply to our queries, instead tries to shame us for not reading out the info which is somewhere hidden in his cryptic website. Tries to over-react to something and doesn't always necessarily check who the sender of the mail is and belittles the sender although if the sender has replied to his queries correctly. You seriously need to take out some time and learn some basic intercultural skills. Not everyone will be well versed with your Processes. God help the student who is seeking this service for the first time!.Once you understand his behavior and expectations, its rather easier to deal with and the process is really smooth.Suggestion:Consider adding another 5 Euros per month as your service charge instead of doing this work as voluntary work. Don't despise this job and work. I'm sure the students wont mind paying another 5 Euros per month for your good service.In the end your time will not go waste! :-)

Would gladly give 15 stars if possible.Due to circumstances, I found my self 1 day away from being homeless and not having an idea where to go. I luckily got in touch with Dennis Grunert from Wohnungsreferat and in just 5 hours, he not only helped me find a place but made sure I got the keys as well.Finding a room in 5 hours in Stuttgart, or anywhere in Germany is almost impossible but Dennis went above and beyond to help me.Can't recommend them enough. Polite, concise, and super patient. Extremely positive experience overall.

Absolut positive Erfahrung gemacht. Wegen Zugverspätung mehr als 2h Verspätung gehabt. Das Wohnungsreferat war sofort über email erreichbar und hat eine Wohnungsübergabe sogar noch NACH Mitternacht ermöglicht. Absolut schnell und freundlich.

Hat alles super funktioniert!Mitarbeiter super nett und hilfreich, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert trotz Kurzfristigkeit.
