Tolle Lage direkt am Müggelsee. Viele einsatzbereite Kanus vor Ort, deshalb unkomplizierte Ausleihe ohne Reservierung möglich. Personal recht umgänglich. Problem: auf dem Grundstück müsste Mal richtig Ordnung gemacht werden und die Sanitäranlagen wirken nicht sehr einladend.

I can't even begin to describe the level of rudeness, harshness, and racism displayed by the staff member working at this place. It's beyond belief!Firstly, we were a group of nearly 18 friends who had come to try out their services. However, the guy in charge treated us with utter contempt. He not only used offensive swear words during his interactions but also failed to provide any explanations or maps for the route. To make matters worse, he outright refused to give us life jackets, compromising our safety.As if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to charge us an additional 40 euros, claiming that we had exceeded our allotted time by just a few minutes over an hour. What kind of scam is this? It's blatant price gouging!I vow never to set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding Kanuverleih-berlin at all costs. They clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction or safety.I hope this review serves as a warning to others and that management takes immediate action to rectify these appalling practices.

It feels like the end of the world, but the truth is that the world only starts here. Unbeatable price for paddleboards (15 euro a day), and off you go, discover the peace and quiet of “new Venice”, an area intersected with a multitude of channels. It doesn’t feel like Berlin anymore.

Ein Kanuverleih. Man geht hin, füllt ein Formular aus und 2:30 Minuten später sitzt man im Kajak und fährt ab und wird auch noch freundlich behandelt. Ein krasser Gegensatz zur vorsintflutlichen Konkurrenz weiter östlich.

I had a really bad experience with them and I advise you not to use their services at all.They treated us very rudely and racistly and we really had a bad time there.They only deserve zero stars

30 SUPs für 15 pro Tag wäre der Hammer - ist aber nicht! Mann hinterm Tresen: Die wurden geklaut, Du kannst ja ein Kajak für 15 Euro mieten. Pro Stunde! Grenzt an Betrug, Lockvogelangebot, denn biste erstmal da in jwd, willste auch fahren. Gut überlegt auch auf der Seite: Nicht anrufen, einfach vorbeikommen. Tolle Masche...

one of the guys was friendly but the other (presumably owner of the place) is just simply rude and seems like he doesn't want customers. When we politely asked what if we are over the one hour time (to check how much we pay), he said he'll call the police. We did not receive any instructions, directions or tips. I wonder where the 5 star reviews come from.

Wir kamen an einem heißen Samstagmittag ohne Voranmeldung und wurden trotz regen Betriebes auf lässige, freundliche Weise in die wichtigsten Regeln auf Wasser und Besonderheiten der Umgebung völlig unkompliziert eingewiesen. Viele Kajaks und Kanadier standen zur freien Auswahl. Preis- Leistung stimmt und die Umgebung sowieso, Neu-Venedig ist traumhaft schön und damit immer eine Reise wert.
