Very helpful

visited only once to get a health certificate for our PCS out of Germany, but I wish we’d gone sooner. staff could not have been more helpful or nice, even offering extra cleaning supplies when we said we needed to clean up our cat from being sick in the carrier during the drive there. also prescribed gabapentin for the plane ride, which went a long way towards calming our cat down and reducing her stress without knocking her out (which might prevent customs from letting her into the country). the health certificate and 10 doses of gabapentin were less than $45. also, their vets are USDA certified, so you don’t have to wait for the certificate to be mailed to NY and back.

I loved the attention towards my little Yorkie, they made him feel very comfortable and were super gentle with him. I liked how they answer all your questions and give you good recommendations. We were there for a vaccine and they tried their best to make it the easiest experience for my dog.

Nice staff and the Vet was great about explaining a small procedure my fur baby had to get.

They do the bare minimum. Its rare just to get an appointment. Just go off base and save yourself the trouble. They are pretty much here just to give health certificates.
