Man möchte 100 Euro per Western Union einem Bekannten schicken und wird öffentlich der Geldwäsche beschuldigt.Also bitte...frecheitDen sollte man die Lizenz entziehen

It was very fast and simple on Both sides: the Western Union and the Reise Bank.I sent the money to myself because I forgot my credit cards, so I collected the cash at this branch. Very quickly received the money, and polite employees. Thank you

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich wenn man nicht perfektes Deutsch spricht. Alle Western-Union Zweigstellen haben einheitliche Gebühren. Aber diese nimmt für eine Überweisung ins Ausland anstatt 7€ stolze 33€!!!Nein Danke!!!

This is the second time I have been there because I didn't want to judge to quickly so I gave a second try. Twice time with the same behavior from their employees.I made everything from the Mobile application so that I don't have to deal with those formularies that needs to be filled out.Normally showing the MCTN number and the German Residence Permit Card which you used in the app should be enough to pick up the money since I have an account at Wester Union.Totally arrogant, unfriendly and impolite where employees starts laughing at your face when trying to explain the steps based on the mobile app since they clearly have no idea about the simplicity that the mobile app offers and also that the German Residence Permit includes info about the Passport as well and this was exactly what the mobile app informs that needs to be present for picking up the money.I was told that if I was from France then the German Residence Permit would be enough but in my case I need to bring always the Passport even though I have the German Residence Permit - ??? THANK YOU MAYBE ???If there were a competition for the worst customer service, the people working there would be definitely in the first place.I simply went to an other WU branch and everything went smoothly and pick up my money in a minute with my German Residence Permit.I don't recommend at all and never going again there.
