Absolut miserabel. Sehr unsympathisch und unfreundlich. Total schmutzige, dreckige Wohnung.

It’s an absolute scam. They ask you to pay 100 euro deposit per apartment. In our case 400 euro because we had 4 apartments. At the end of the holiday they do a tour in the apartments without you & they close the door behind them. When they come back they say that there are a lot of problems in the apartments and it’s a complete disaster… They refuse to give back your deposit. Afterwards (2 weeks later) you get your bill where they ask 250 euro for ‘serious cleaning’… even though you have paid for the cleaning service (40 euro on beforehand per apartment).So an absolute scam. This service steals your money because you are a tourist!!To all landlords of apartments in Winterberg: never work with these people!
