Absolutely 5 star service! after a letdown from the competition, I was more than glad to find the EUROPCAR staff treat me with grace, communicate friendly and openly; I train customer service in my day job and will definitely come back to you!

Meine Erfahrung mit Europcar ist katastrophal. Mir wurden 2020 zweimal Kosten für eine Autoanmietung abgebucht. Europcar verweist darauf, dass mir der Betrag im Frühjahr 2022 überwiesen wurde. Mir liegt aber die schriftliche Bestätigung meiner Bank vor, dass die Transaktion scheiterte, da das Konto zum Zeitpunkt der Überweisung nicht mehr existierte. Seither beharrt Europcar darauf, mir das Geld ja überwiesen zu haben. Gesprächs- und E-Mail-Anfragen bleiben folgenlos. Letzte Woche bin ich nach der Bitte, mit der Rechtsabteilung verbunden zu werden, sechsmal in Schleifen in den Abrechnungsservice, in die Zentrale und in den Kundenservice verbunden worden. Ich habe frustriert aufgelegt.Europcar stellt sich stumm und ist nicht bereit, einen eindeutigen Sachverhalt anzuerkennen. Vorsicht vor dem Gebahren dieses Vermieters.

Rundum freundlich und offen beraten worden. Auch eine kurzfristige Änderung des Mietwagens war ohne Probleme möglich. Rückgabe lief ebenfalls komplett einfach und pragmatisch ab.

Teuer, unfreundlich, falsche Angaben am Telefon!!Europcar hat die Preise im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr verdoppelt — von 120 ( 15.4 2022) auf 240 Euro (15.4.2023) für einen Transporter. Mir wurde am Telefon von Europcar gesagt, ich könne dort mein fahrkostenlos parken. Dort angekommen erklärte eine äuserst unfreundliche Dame das Parken koste 10 Euro pro Tag. Meinen Hinweis ich empfinde ihren Ton als unverschämt, konterte die Dame mit der Entschuldigung, sie leide unter Heuschnupfen. Wer hier Bucht muss Frustrationsbereitschaft mitbringen!!

I have reserved a van for the period of 5 days from 07.06.23 (pick up 20:00 hrs) to 12.06.23 (drop off 20:00 hrs).After arriving at the Europcar yesterday at 20:00 hrs we found out that the van is not available at the reserved time. We have not been informed about this prior to arrival (no email with this information has been received and no phone call has been made).At the location after the arrival, we were also informed that the van might be not available until next day because it was rented to someone else - please see attached a note from the Europcar worker. No alternatives were provided by the Europcar worker and no additional information was given to us.More, it was suggested to go to SIXT and find whether they would be able to rent a van for us if we are so desperate (!).It is only at our discretion that we waited for over 3,5 hours to finally get the van, however this delay cause seriously financial issues for us. Because this van is used to transport items with a route that includes a ferry, additional cost of rebooking that ferry was inquired. This is the additional cost that we needed to bear due to not being able to receive a car at 20:00 hrs as reserved.This is simply not acceptable and resulted not only in extremely poor customer service but also in not-anticipated additional cost for us.Not to mention that nearly a month ago, we experienced a similar situation (at the same station) when a reserved van was not available and the information (an email) was sent to us only 5 hours before the rental start day. This time we did not receive even an email or a phone call.It looks like this particular Europcar station in Frankfurt keeps over-booking the vans creating extremely difficult situations for its customers.Stay away from this provider at any cost! Not only they will create problems for you, they will also be extremely rude and provide unprofessional service (for which they will charge anyway).

I don't recommend this branch or even Europcar att all. I have my valid international Driving license. I have all my documents. And after being a client for 2 times paying around 3000 euros. They made me give the car back and let me in the street like a dog. Even I have a valid reservation. One of colleague said because of the driver license (even it's valid by all EU) and the other one said because of the extra milage even I pay for that. Now I'm in the middle of the street. With all my stuff, no even a ride.Also I confirmed 1 day before if all is Okey, i said if there is a problem i can search for an alternative solution for myself...Never ever Europcar. My job now is to give you the worst reviews and trying to keep anyone i know away from you

Wir wurden von Nebenan (Sixt) so schlecht behandelt dass wir gegenüber zur Konkurrenz gegangen sind.Frau Gritzeli war so nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sofort 3 Autos gezeigt die wir kurzfristig bekommen konnten.Vielen herzlichen Dank!Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Vorab: Ich bewerte sonst (wenn überhaupt) nur positiv, aber dieses Mal muss mal der Frust raus.Wird ne längere Geschichte..Gemietet wurde ein Audi A7 (als Hochzeitsauto geplant) über die Homepage per Selection"-Tarif

Schlechteste Station ! Buchung zuerst bestätigt , knapp eine Stunde später wird sie von Seiten der Station kommentarlos storniert. So weit so gut ! Doch dann wird einem von der Station die Stornierungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt - an Dreistigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Gefühlt wird jede Reservierung unter 100€ pro Tag storniert. Man will wohl nur dicke und teure Autos vermieten.
