Every time I come here I am disappointed in the customer service and the drinks. The baristas are not friendly and can't answer simple questions about their menu items. There appears to be a constant turnover in employees, which could explain the poor training. As expensive as the items are, I expect good service or, at the very least, a good drink; not a half full cup of foam.

The staff used to be friendly, but now some of the staff are rude…Also the place is always so crowded that there is always a line and it takes a little bit long time to get your drinkAnd Starbucks cards and apps cannot be used. All Starbucks drinks are also not offered. However, limited time drinks are available

This place is always busy but the staff is quick at getting your order at the register and getting it pushed out. They also sell a lot of Starbuck products outside of the checkout area so keep an eye on that. The vanilla frap is a go to if you don't like coffee

Asked for a decaf drink and when I kindly asked about the drink they handed me (which was very clearly not what I ordered) I was met with a nasty attitude and the woman said This is made without coffee" to which I said "I asked for decaf" and the conversation ended when she said
