Greet Hotel Darmstadt

Overall a good business hotel in a very good location, close to all the big tech campuses in the city. Very good lobby(pool and soccer table) and outdoors area as well, with decent and above average breakfast.Rooms are a bit small, no mini bar/refrigerator, which sucks in the summer time. Overall cleaning doesn't seem to be done daily as well and it took me some time and hassle to get a business invoice, but still overall a good stay for the price.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht ausgestattet, was an sich kein Problem wäre, wenn sie nicht doppelt vergeben werden würden! Beim ersten Mal kam ich in ein Zimmer in dem schon jemand war, das nächste Zimmer war dann tatsächlich frei, leider kam sowohl spät abends als auch früh morgens jemand Fremdes in mein Zimmer während ich im Bett lag. Der Duschkopf fällt ständig ab, habe das zweimal(!) gemeldet und nichts ist passiert. Dann überschwemme ich eben das Bad beim Duschen. Werde leider jedesmal, wenn ich in Darmstadt bin, von meinem Arbeitgeber in diese Barracken einquartiert. Das einzig positive ist der Billardtisch.

Das Greet Hotel ist groß, hat in der Lobby jedoch etwas den Charme eines Hostels - junge, internationale Mitarbeiter, alles weniger pikobello, sondern mehr auf dem Boden geblieben.Das Zimmer war etwas klein und war insgesamt nicht so sehr ausgestattet wie andere Hotels.Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, aber in Ordnung.Snackautomaten befinden sich im Waschraum, etwas unüblich.Beim Check in hatten wir Probleme mit dem Check in Automaten. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse hat keinen Anstand gemacht, uns zu helfen - hier erwarte ich etwas Eigeninitiative. Erst als wir zum zweiten Automaten gingen, da die Rezeption dann belegt war, hat der Check in geklappt.Das große Plus war für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

My colleagues and I from DxP Services very much enjoyed the Greet Hotel during our extended stay this past winter/spring. The rooms were nice and the food at the dining room was consistently top notch. Amir and the hotel team went out of their way to make us feel at home.My only criticism may be that the rooms are a bit less than soundproof, but ultimately that didn't bother me too much. Everything else was perfect. For anyone looking to host a business conference, this is your place!

Zimmer einfach aber zweckmäßig. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer mangels Lüftung sehr aufgeheizt. Leider wurden wir am Sonntagmorgen um 8:45 durch das Reinigungspersonal geweckt obwohl checkout für 12 h angegeben war. Auch die folgenden Putzgeräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern haben gestört, da die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.

The hotel is located in the city of Darmstadt and offer a wide parking place. When we arrived, the guy at the reception desk was not able to find our reservation. He took 20 minutes to give us the key of the room. The hotel has wide spaces but empty. Looks really sad and distressing. The rooms are clean, but they are very simple. No amenities are offered to the guests. The buffet breakfast is not bad, but again very impersonal and distressing. Staff at the reception desk is not welcoming at all, but is unfortunately very rude. Staff at the breakfast time was little better.

Sehr funktionales modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal! Lage im Industriegebiet ist eher schlecht falls man abends noch etwas unternehmen möchte.
