Nicole Mouton Therapeutic Yoga

Nicole worked with me through trauma related triggers. She taught me the importance of slowing down and breathing deeply. Her calm and individual approach allowed me space to ask questions, feel comfortable in what seemed like awkward positions at first and allowed me space to grow. Never pushing me, she taught me to be kind to myself, my body, and invited me into a place of safety she created for me. We started one on one and eventually invited my daughter into a few sessions. Nicole’s patience and desire to encourage me to wholeness is sincere and she has become someone I truly trust and am thankful for in my healing journey.
