Munich from its most interesting culinary perspective:The OCCAM DELI is just the place to sum up the „Schwabing“ vibe. In Munich (especially in summer) you have to visit the district at least ones to get the full experience of Bavaria’s capital. With the university located in the area, it’s got the most modern and interesting food and drink venues of Munich. The OCCAM DELI is the perfect example.Great place for a good brunch or lunch with a huge variety of great meals that all have their unique twist. We had the burrito (which is a bit spicy due to its kimchi and sauce) and the salmon bowl and both were a feast for the mouth. Afterwards we treated us to a dessert. Also a specialty of the OCCAM DELI is the huge selection of cakes. They stand there in the middle of the room and are also a feast for the eyes. The chocolate tart and New York cheesecake were to die for.Big thank you to the staff as well who were very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Tolles Frühstück! Schickes Ambiente, gute Karte, feine Gerichte und freundlicher Service! Besonders im Sommer sehr schön draußen zu sitzen. Dann ist aber oft viel los. Früh da sein lohnt sich, da es ein beliebter Spot ist!

Did I spend 18€ on a sandwich? Yes. Was it worth it? Also yes. This sandwich was the most perfect sandwich I could’ve imagined AND it’s vegetarian. Also they have a decent amount of veggie options which I love to see in a brunch place.Only thing I didn’t love is the waiter telling us “just so you know, tip is not included!” since we were speaking English even though we live in Munich … But we can assume he has run into tourists that don’t tip, still just wasn’t pleasant as we were leaving.

Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in München. Ich finde es sehr angenehm, dass keine Reservierungen entgegengenommen werden - wir fanden bis jetzt zu jeder Zeit immer noch einen Platz. Sehr kreative Speisekarte für Frühstück und Abendessen sowie leckere Kleinigkeiten den ganzen Tag über. Auch die Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen und sehr ansprechende Wahl des “Weins der Woche”. Insgesamt rundum jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis in schöner Atmosphäre mit freundlichen und effizienten Bedienungen!

The food was quite good, nothing super special but the portions were big and the taste was quite good.The service was fast and kind.The location is nice especially because of the position but not enough to higher the prices.In general is nice but the price are bit too high and it would have been nice if all the cakes were covered by something or kept in fridges.It’s summer because of this many insects were around them and the warm could make the food die.

Ich war hier vor kurzem mit einer guten Freundin frühstücken.Das Ambiente ist total gemütlich und einladend.Man wird direkt freundlich begrüßt und weil so viel Platz war durfte ich mir einen schönen Platz aussuchen.Bisher war ich nur abends im Occam darum war ich gespannt auf das Frühstück.Und das war grandios! Wir hatten den Burrito und die Shashukra, alles Wunder bar gewürzt und lecker. Besonders von dem Burrito waren wir begeistert, die Mischung aus Koreanisch und Mexikanisch ist hier perfekt gelungen.Mit ca. 20€ p.P (Essen und Getränk) ist es etwas über den Münchner Durchschnitt. Aber wirklich jeden Cent wert!Leider gibts hier kein WLAN sonst wäre es ein wundervoller Ort um etwas gutes zu trinken und zu arbeiten.Eigentlich 4,5 Sterne deshalb, aber wegen den tollen Service Runde ich auf!

The food in Occam is fantastic. We tried the Turkish yogurt bowl and the pastrami sandwich. WOW! The pastrami was super juicy and savory and a solid portion. The bowl was filled with nuts, dates, and fruits.Coffee-wise, the cold brew was very on point with a touch of orange. The cappuccino was not the best.If you are in for the food, Occam Deli will not disappoint.Service was nothing to complain about neither anything exceptional.

Aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen zum Service bin ich schon etwas voreingenommen in dieses Lokal gegangen. Für meinen ersten Besuch kann ich das jedoch nicht komplett bestätigen. Zu Beginn wirkte die Bedienung zwar etwas distanziert, aber ihre Laune schwenkte kurz danach um. Ich wurde sehr höflich bedient, das Bestellte kam auch immer recht flott an den Tisch. Warten mussten wir auf die Bedienung ebenfalls nicht.1 Stern Abzug, da die Preise für die Hauptgerichte m.M.n. überzogen sind.
