ACHTUNG!!!!CAVE!!!!! bei Rückgabe des Autos. Bin wohl nicht die erste, der sowas hier passiert! Nach Rückgabe des Autos habe ich Mail bekommen über einen Schadensfall am Auto. Angeblich sei die Autoantenne nicht mehr vorhanden. Dies wird mir nun in Rechnung gestellt und ich zahle mehr als das Doppelte zusätzlich für einen Schaden den ich nicht verursacht habe. NIE WIEDER AVIS.Sucht euch einen anderen Anbieter.

If you are renting out of the USA don’t do it. Multiple problems. Gps stopped working, communication did not support any language other than German by both phone and online. Charged for fuel even though it was filled. Both gps and fuel charges challenged, but was a waste of time.

This is NOT AVIS but a scam. I booked a car 6 months in advance at a very good rate. I have rented with Avis in different countries including this location before with no problem. Today the employee was very rude, racist and refused to rent the car without international drivers license. He lied to me that it was the law and so on. But how come I went to Enteprise kiosk the next door , they were very friendly and gave me the car without a problem. SHAME. The only explanation i have is racist employee plus very low price they didn’t want to respect.

Schnelle Übergabe, schnelle Rückgabe des Autos.Flug zeitiger gelandet, KFZ trotzdem - vor Schalteröffnungszeit - sofort bekommen.Höhere Wagenklasse als gebucht.. Mitarbeiterin Sonnabend früh relaxt und freundlich. Rückgabe ebenfalls sehr schnell. Alles völlig problemlos gelaufen. Kurz nach Rückgabe durch AVIS per Telefon gefragt ob alles ok war.Witzig war nur ein Detail. Eine Buchung über die AVIS Seite war so wie von mir gewünscht nicht möglich....Buchung erfolge über Seite Flughafen STR......wurde weitergeleitet auf AVIS BUDGET und dort dann sogar mit Haftungsausschluss viel preiswerter als über normale AVIS Seite :-))

Terrible. Wanted a luxury car for our stay and got a damaged disgusting car. Dried substance all over window switches, dirty dash, dirt and debris all in trunk. Very disappointed will never use Avis again.

Make sure you check your car with a fine tooth comb on pickup. Even the tiniest scratch will be billed to you AFTER you leave the facility and they will not tell you that they are charging you. They also don't get you to sign anything before you leave so you have no chance to argue that it was already there.

We rented a car from Avis, we paid for navigation car, Avis changed the car at the time of issuing it from Seat to VW Caddy. VW car was not having navigation system. Avis is neither ready to change the car nor ready to refund. After spending more than 1 Hr with Avis front desk team at airport, no outcome rather than using the same car. Please never ever use Avis Rental Cars. Avis is not at all professional services provider.
