Gute authentische chinesische Küche, große Portion, freundliche Bedienung.Leider Sitzplätze sehr nahe zueinander, dadurch sehr laut im Speisesaal. Ein bestelltes Gericht wurde vergessen.

A nice Chinese cuisine restaurant with fast service, excellent food, and a genuine feel to it. A healthy mix of locals, Chinese people, and tourists which indicate a restaurant with a good reputation.The wantan soup was fresh and excellent. I personally feel that a good wantan soup is a sign of great care for a restaurant.The dim sum was excellent, fresh and well filled.The waiters were friendly and the portions were good sizes without a long wait for anything. Also, the drinks were very large!This is not a high end restaurant by any means but it is well priced and good food. The crispy duck and pancakes were great though the duck tasted smoked which was unexpected. It would be great if they had a broader selection of typical dishes for western Chinese cuisine such as salt and pepper prawns, crispy noodles, and others.I will definitely be back for more of the great dim sum.

Für mich das beste Dim Sum Restaurant in HH und Umgebung, auch die anderen Speisen ist authentisch chinesisches Essen . Super nette Bedienung, sehr schneller Service.

Herr He's food is good (mildly on the salty side) and is conveniently located near the Central Station.! Check and clean your cutleryFood & Drink:The food itself is well priced and the portion size is big.One of my favourite dishes from this type of cuisine is Beef Chow Fun" (flat rice noodles with beef)

Tolles authentisches Essen! Waren direkt um 12 Uhr mit 3 Personen da, Tisch war frei und wir haben Dim Sum bestellt. Klare Empfehlung für kantonesische Küche! Bisschen Wartezeit mitbringen, wenn es voll ist.

Überrascht wie gut es war, bin vorher zu den üblichen Dim Sum Restaurants gegangen aber ab jetzt werde ich mich wohl öfters hier her begeben! Hat super geschmeckt.

I was good for German dim sum! The prices are a lot higher than what you’d be used to in North America or Asia, but there are very limited options in the country for Cantonese food. We liked most of our dishes, but the quality is ok. For example, the har gow (shrimp dumpling) skin didn’t have the proper texture and would fall apart very easily. Would only recommend if you live in Germany and have a craving for dim sum!

Sehr freundliches Personal. : ) Ding Sum ist authentische Hong-Kong-Style, sehr lecker, vielfältige Auswahl. Für eine Person habe ich 2 Ding Sum bestellt und einen Ingwer-Honig-Zitrone-Tee, macht sehr satt, also die Portion ist gut! Kann ich empfehlen, sehr gerne mal wieder. : )

Der Mittagstisch war sehr gut, das Hühnerfleisch war lecker knusprig, wie in der Speisekarte vom Mittagstisch angekündigt gibt’s vorweg eine Suppe, nur auf Wunsch gibt es Frühlingsrollen, es wird nicht abgefragt. Die Nr. vom Mittagstisch schreibt man auf einen Block und dann wird zügig und freundlich serviert.

The skin of the rice noodle rolls is really superior, extra soft and sticky. No deep impression of other dishes, normal level Location is very good, right next to the central train station.
