Ve biz dusunurken birden bire arac kalmadigini rezervasyon iptal edildigini bize arac veremiyeceklerini soylediler. Biz simdi booking gi arayip itap edildi ve paramizin iade edilmesiyle ugrasiyoruz. Bize yardim etmediler. Araba oldugu halde bize vermek istemediler. Kesinlikle insanlikdisi birsey .avis yonetimi bu durumun farkinda degilmi

What a sour experience in customer service. I have a preferred membership and the lady that served me , first I though was having a bad day, cut me off while talking, mincing words when I asked her to repeat as I don’t understanding German. And then she said that my reservation was not fully paid for. I stepped aside so I can pull out email with details and allowed her to serve another customer who was apparently German and lo and behold – she is all smiles and witty with him!! I mean I am just fed up with being born on the wrong side of the world!

They charged me extra after I picked up the car

After renting a car for a weekend trip in late November 2022 and returning it over half an hour before the deadline to the airport we were surprised that there was no concierge at the garage for the car's reception. Only a box in which to throw the key. At the reception they refused to be handed over the key and prompted us to use this impersonal system of throwing the key in a box at the garage of drop-off. To our dismay, after 12 hours (after 7 o'clock in the morning) somebody actually picked the car up and reported a circa 2cm scratch on the aluminum rim that could only have been made with intention. For this they charged us nearly 200 EUR in a completely haphazard, inconsistent and impersonal way. For all we know anything could have happened in the garage in those intervening hours after drop-off and it's our word against theirs. There is no way telling unless an actual person delivers and receives the car and there is mutual acknowledgment before signing. Apparently though this past experience in all of the Mediterranean countries and the U.A.E. does not apply for AVIS at the BER airport. They are willing to sacrifice anything in the name of profit and just hide behind (cheap) outsourcing and the applicable law (i.e. liable by contract).Completely destroyed the rental experience. I would thoroughly recommend getting in the trouble to go to any other location (or company) to rent in the standard way, where an actual person delivers and receives the car and there are no hidden and unexpected costs.P.S. I forgot my gloves in the trunk upon drop-off. Needless to say that they didn't end up in the lost and found of the AVIS BER branch. Something funny is going on in that garage...

Компания обманывает, бронь подтвердили, по приезду не выдали авто без объяснения причин, списали 450€ ничего не вернули, сказали, нельзя взять и другую машину
