Sebo Stein & Co Gmbh

A couple years ago I purchased what I thought would be an excellent tool for around the house. It was a SEBO canister vacuum, Airbelt E3 Premium. Cost: Around $1000. Thought I could not go wrong with German engineering and quality. Mind you, in many ways, I'm still living in the 1980's.Anyway, my wife started using it and she was not pleased. The vacuuming ability was there, but the peripherals, such as brush and brush attachment/handle, the size and stiffness of the hose, and the funky casters made for a very user unfriendly experience. So she said. I kept insisting it was top-notch , and she would get used to it. Still, the complaints kept coming. Today, my wife was not feeling up to par and I had off, so I decided to pitch in and do some vacuuming. Now I completely understand what she is referring to. For all the so-called superior German design, this unit seems to have been designed by someone who has never actually vacuumed before. Granted, the motor and vacuum function seems powerful enough, but everything else really needs to be reviewed by SEBO designers. Better yet, by some people who are actually in the housekeeping business.Signed,Disappointed
