My car failed inspection because I needed a repair. I went straight to Jörg because he was highly recommended by a number of people in my office. He saw me that same day and had my car ready to pick up the next morning. He would have had my car fixed the same day but he had to wait on a part. His customer service was great. He kept me updated on the status with WhatsApp, sending pictures of the problems he found and providing a quote. His prices were very reasonable, he accepts VAT forms and speaks excellent English.Based on my co-worker's experience he will tell you if you can get a cheaper part from the US and have it shipped to you APO Box. He even helped find the right part on RockAuto. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Jörg is great and tries to work with you as best as possible. VAT forms are accepted here to for US service members. Will be returning!
