Erfüllt seinen Zweck, Kartenzahlung möglich, manchmal etwas komisches Publikum aber man geht ja nur für die Wäsche hin. Steckdosen und Toilette vorhanden.

It is clean and easy to use, but I got here on a Wednesday and all machines are taken for the full day by some people doing commercial washing for a hotel or hostel. No one to talk to about it.

Lots of machines and very easy to use. Instructions in English and German. Washing took about 45 minutes. Drying between 15 and 30 minutes. Very convenient payment system. No need to convert Euros to tokens like other laundromats. Pay directly at a single machine. Soap and fabric softener also available.

It’s clean and everything works well, but make sure you read and understand the instructions on the wall before you start feeding money to the Automat. I and several subsequent customers had trouble with this.

Easy to use system. There is a single pay station to pay everything: washing, drying, soap/conditioner.The washing machines are numbers while the letters are drying machines.The pay station has a contactless card but o decided not to use it due to previous reviews.The machines display only have German instructions (like anything else), but is simple to figure it out. The yellow button (with the key logo) is the door opening mechanism. Feel free to turn off the machine after your finished.Lastly, there a few buckets that you can use take your washed/dryed clothes. There is also large areas that you can use for folding.I would give 5 stars if there was a single page with English instructions to improve the user experience for non German people.

Easy to use, take cash and credit card, you can buy soap there or use your own. The waiting seats could be more confortable
