Staff is helpful. The hours could be better. I don’t know what type of soldier is able to do work here during the normal work day. I could really use that Sunday. Most posts have their shop open Sundays.

Excellant customer service! Was able to get my vehicle in for a rotation and tire change in just over an hour, and it rides smoother now than when I left the states. Thanks, yall!UPDATE: Got my wife's van new brakes, rotors, and windshield wipers done. Thanks again, yall. Your customer service is awesome. Wife felt really comfortable and at ease talking to everyone, and you were all great to work with.

Took 2 1/2 hours to do simple tire rotation, picked it up and paid, only to see that tires were only rotated on one side, so had to take car back to get finished.

Personally I prefer self help because it's cheaper, faster, and I know what I'm getting because I did it myself. In addition to that, the staff there are friendly and they will stop what they're doing to help or teach you. I had to install drum brakes myself, had a question that YouTube or Google couldn't answer, the staff literally did one for me and supervised me when I was doing the other brake. A plus service at a more than affordable price of 8 bucks an hour to use their bays.

I just wanted to say that this shop and their staffs are amazing. I had to ship my car asap and they worked with my schedule. Truly appreciate everything. They fixed my car issueS on time. The car detailing is also immaculate especially my engine compartment looking like it was brand new and dust free. I recommend to get your car detailed here when shipping it back to America. 5/5

We had our 2005 Ford Escape PCS cleaned! It passed super easy! The detail to the engine was fantastic. For the size of our vehicle the price was $180.00 I would use these guys again if we were not PCSing! MWR Auto detailing is AWESOME. If you are shipping from Baumholder I highly recommend them.
