Very poor service. Do not use! Might seem convenient because it's in the hotel, but the service is so poor, that there is a good chance that you might have to go to a different branch anyway.

Vou tentar relatar de maneira resumida, porque nunca imaginei que teria tantos problemas com um evento tão simples numa locação de automóvel. Aluguei um Audi A6 em Munique, na Alemanha. Tive um incidente com um pneu furado em Ehrwald, na Austria, a 1h30 de Munique, num sábado no começo da tarde. Primeiro absurdo, um carro de luxo deste nível não ter um pneu reserva. Se tivesse, nada disso teria acontecido. Liguei para diversos números de suporte da Sixt, do website e outros fornecidos pela própria equipe da Sixt. Invariavelmente caia em um atendimento em alemão, mesmo com minha insistência em tentar falar em inglês. Resultado: desligavam na minha cara e/ou não tinham condição de orientar o que eu deveria fazer. Neste dia, eu liguei 32 vezes para a Sixt. Depois de mais de 2h30, não aguentava mais. O carro estava em um lugar seguro e resolvi voltar para Munique de trem, uma viagem de 2h30. Eu levei a chave do carro porque não poderia deixar lá. Para completar, tudo aconteceu de errado nesta viagem, fui mal orientado, errei estações, perdi trens e a minha volta para Munique, que deveria demorar 1h30, depois do incidente, acabou demorando 7h30. Quando cheguei na loja da Sixt em Munique perto de 22h00, a atendente, me disse que eu não tinha ligado no número correto. Adivinhem o que aconteceu quando liguei 3 vezes ainda naquela noite no número correto"? Caia para atendimento em alemão e desligavam na minha cara. Na manhã seguinte

Renting was convenient however SIXT charged me a fuel charge on a car that i filled up before delivering it. They also switched out my car on another rental for a lower grade vehicle and charged me more money, calling it an upgrade. Not recommended

Terrible service, car not available and the attendant is not helpful.

Do not rent from this location. I was forced to wait for 45 minutes for vehicle pick up, and an hour at drop off. This location is not staffed and the staff from the location that covers this location does not want to come over to the hotel. Even the hotel bellman said that every one that rents from this location is made to wait and is constantly frustrated.

Worst experience ever. Had to return the car but couldn't find the park garage. The staff was not helpful at all.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
