Grauenhafte und unprofessionelle Kommunikation.Hatten auf Nachfrage der o.g. Firma 2x mehrere mögliche Besichtigungstermine für eine Immobilie vorgeschlagen (je ca. 2 Wochen im Voraus). Die genannten Termine ließ man unbeantwortet allesamt verstreichen.Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Great group of people. They will do anything to help you! They get a lot of customers and at times might spread themselves out too thin. Recommend this place if you want an all in one solution for home buying.

I tried working with this company for approximately 3 or four months. Trying to see properties. They would cancel viewings at the last minute. Tell me the property was sold. Then it would appear again on multiple websites. I would call them. Oh we will call you backThat never happened. Even went as far as saying their phones were not working?? I never got to see property in the end. I am a nvestor and cash buyer .I have been doing this for a considerable amount of time. I have never had to deal with unprofessional behavior on a scale like this before. Won't be dealing with them again.Gerard Clohessy.

Auf meine Anfrage einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren sagte man mir, dass sich eine Dame zeitnah bei mir melden würde, man müsste noch Termine mit den Mietern ausmachen. Da würde es noch Probleme geben. Es meldete sich niemand bei mir.Zwei Wochen später, ohne Rückmeldung und erneuter Anfrage von mir, sah ich dann auf der Anzeige der Immobilie, dass diese bereits reserviert ist.Ich finde dieses Verhalten absolut respektlos und alles andere als professionell. Selbst wenn man tausend Anfragen auf eine Immobilie hat, was in diesen Zeiten nicht außergewöhnlich ist und man mit diesen Anfragen rechnen muss, könnte man dies zumindest kommunizieren.
