It's actually quite good with the Regional Faster Trains, but probably only every half hour, They are located below, the entrance to departures and arrivals. The old S Bahn is a stop is another 15 min walk awayI should give it a five, but with the construction operations catastrophe for the opening, no Berliner can give it 5 star

Probably the worst airport in the world right now.They are keeping us packed like sardines in a can, with no seats, toilet or vending machines in front of the exit to the airplane for 40 minutes.What anembarrassment

Ich war heute (15.9.2020) beim Probebetrieb, durfte zweimal einchecken und zweimal ankommen. Funktionierte im großen und ganzen schon ganz gut. Es gibt allerdings noch viel zu tun. Der Innenausbau der Geschäfte und Restaurants z. B. steht noch ziemlich am Anfang. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut. Nach meinem Eindruck findet man sich gut zurecht. Die Bahn war noch nicht in Betrieb. Aber ab 31.10.2020 wird ja alles fertig und in Betrieb sein.

WORST AIRPORT I KNOW!If I could give minus 5 rating, I would love to do so.Worst airport. Cannot believe this is NEW and the one in German capital.After overspending and corruption, this airport is way too small and way too less staff. Totally badly designed. Avoid if you can. If you have to use it, be prepared.Train to/from the airport is very easy and smooth. But when you come out of the airport you realize there is no escalator to go down to train platform (up from the platform, there are...) So you have to carry down your luggage all the way.Also when you arrive and need to wait for check-in luggage, be aware it might take 90 minutes. Even airport staff say it is NORMAL to wait for 90 minutes. Some passengers even leave their luggage to pick up later. Unbelievable.There is almost no staff around the airport, so I feel sorry to see people not knowing what to do with this super lame airport 'service'.To check in, security check takes forever, so you need to be at the airport at least 1.5 hours before departure (I usually come over 2 hours before, just in case). Basically way to small for security.This is no one but the Management's fault. Management of BER should be ashamed of themselves. Obviously they do not do their job they are paid for!!

Finally opened! In covid time you can’t tell how it will work in full operation but looks like it will have potentials.

worst airport i have ever been to, security stuff extremely rude and slow, out of 7 security counters only two were open. waiting time for the security check over 2 hours. we almost missed our flight and we’re treated very poorly by the people working there.

The security control take more than 1 hour and half. Only one security lane in three are open. I almost missed my plane despite arriving 2 hours and half early. The worst airport ever

Why do you build a beautiful airport but if you're getting a cheap flight you make us peasants walk out of the airport to a shed next door to get our flight. This is what is wrong with class!
