Wegen einer Magenspiegelung bei Dr. Barmeyer. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle klasse, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Dr. Barmeyer tut sich im persönlichen Umgang mit den Patienten etwas schwer.

I was at the ophthalmology and I'm very disappointed with the service I was provided. The doctor hardly allowed me to ask questions and was obviously in a hurry, because the whole examination took no more than 10 minutes and my last questions were answered literally near the door. I also usually wear contact lenses, but this day I decided to wear glasses so not to waste time on taking them off and putting on again. Imagine my surprise when she said that she can't say what new values for contact lenses I have, because I had to be wearing them! I've been wearing lenses for 15 years already and that's the first time I hear that the doctor can't set new values only because I'm not wearing them at this moment! I was waiting for this appointment for 1 month and all what I got was a new subscription for my glasses that I received at the reception desk and that significantly differed from what had been told by the doctor before. Of course I couldn't discuss it anymore, because the doctor already had another patient and ladies at the reception were not much of help.Just the waste of time..(2 starts only because of the location and a modern praxis)

Ich war heute in der Kardiologie und hatte es dort mit Dr. Eggeling und dem Team vor Ort zu tun. Ich muss sagen das meine anfängliche Nervosität gleich verschwunden war, da alle sehr freundlich zu mir waren und das setzte sich in der allgemeinen Atmosphäre fort. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. DANKESCHÖN ;-)

Die Anlage mit dem riesigen Angebot an Ärzten fast aller Fachrichtungen ist beeindruckend. Schön dass es deshalb so kurze Wege gibt wenn man zu verschiedenen Ärzten muss. Für die Innenstadt ist das ein tolles Konzept.
