Ich habe 4 Sanifair Wert-Bon gegeben aber der Mitarbeiter hat nur 2 eingelöst. Ich wollte ungelöste Wert-Bons aber er hat die Gelöste gegeben. Er versteht auch nicht, welche Bestellungen gesagt habe: leider nicht qualifiziert!

As far as Starbucks goes is has mostly everything. The reason it's not five stars is because there's no great places to sit and relax. It doesn't have that relaxed cafe feel that you want sometimes. Staff and coffee are great.

I usually love Starbucks. But I’m really disappointed in this one. It was great until a few month ago, every time I go it’s the same girl and she messes up my drink every time. you have a new girl tha And today (21.05.2019 around 15:00) she made a completely different drink then what I ordered. On top of that she is very rude to the customers and doesn’t wear a name tag.

They're usually well staffed for peak hours. Mistakes are rare but not unheard of. Staff is friendly. No rewards program, though. Minus 1 star.

War im Starbucks zu Köln. Viel zu teuer für mittelmässigen Kaffee, ekelhaf süßes ungeniessbares Gebäck, dazu Personal welches wohl hauptsächlich mit Putzen beschäftigt ist. Und dann die nervigen Fragen nach den Extras. In meinen Augen ist Starbucks die reinste Abzocke.Dann doch lieber in ein gutes Café, z.B. in Köln ins Reichard.

The girls working at Starbucks are amazing. I can come in not knowing what I want and then they give me their best ideas. And when I do know what I want, it’s always spot on. They’re so happy and so friendly here. Thank you girls!

Always a great time. Can't go wrong with a standard Starbucks latte. Staff is really friendly and quite efficient.(People not stationed at air Base cannot get drinks. Shop is within the base.)

I go here almost everyday and I have been disappointed recently. My frappe drink doesn’t taste the same anymore. The new employees need more work and practice on making the drinks because these drinks don’t taste the same as they did before. Starbucks already is expensive and costs $6 a drink and the drink should taste decent at least
