Schnelle Terminvergabe, nettes Personal, früher Termin, schönes Ambiente und Herr Dr. Fellmeth ist auch sehr kompetent und sympathisch.Besser könnte es nicht sein.

Seit Jahren werden Mandanten durch die Kanzlei für die ich tätig bin, an Frau Seeler empfohlen für verschiedenste Angelegenheiten, heute war ich jedoch als Privatpersonen in einer vereinsrechtl. Angelegenheit beim Notariat. Von der Terminvergabe bis zur Beglaubigung durch die Notarvertreterin Hundt lief alles reibungslos, professionell und mit großer Freundlichkeit. Durch die beruflichen und meine private Erfahrung mit diesem Notariat kann ich es nur bestens empfehlen.

Shocking service! I do NOT recommend!A huge warning to anyone planning on using this firm for the witnessing of documents in English.This Notary Office was listed as one in the Mannheim area that offer official services in English. After contacting the office to make an appointment I was requested to send all the documents which would require witnessing in advance so that they could check them to confirm they could provide the services required.I did this with no hesitation. After about a week I received the confirmation that they could witness the signatures in English and that they would charge a fee for this service of approx. €70. After waiting a further 2 weeks for an appointment the signatures were witnessed using passports as required and the forms were taken away and returned with an extra page displaying an official stamp and the signature of the Notary.It was only later when the documents were returned to me as incomplete that I realised the Notary had neglected to sign as required on the official document. They had only signed on the additional piece of paper which they added.Thinking this must have been a genuine mistake I phoned to explain and ask for a new appointment as the document was time critical. I was shocked at the response I received. I was told that the Notary would no longer sign the document without taking an oath. As confirmed to me by the Consulate, it is not necessary to witness this document under oath.Now desperate and under time pressure I asked when the next a available appointment would be and I was told in over 1 month. I didn’t have one month to wait.No one I spoke to at the office could explain how after asking for my documents in advance, confirming the service could be made as required and then charging me almost €70 for a document which was no useless - that they would then refuse to perform a service (which they had already performed, just in the wrong place?!) without now having to pay for a new additional service.No apology was made and no refund offered. In the end I was offered an out of hours appointment by the consulate as they had never heard anything like it and wanted to help.

Herr Notar Dr. Fellmeth war sehr professionell und freundlich. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann das Notariat daher nur empfehlen

Von der Terminanfrage bis zur vergabe des Termins war alles top.Auch der Termin mit Herrn Dr. Fellmeth war ohne Beanstandung und verlief schnell, kompetent und reibungslos.Ich kann diese Kanzlei nur empfehlen.Alles zu bester Zufriedenheit

Aus meiner Sicht wurde alles entsprechend der Anforderungen erledigt.

Lange Antwortzeiten, wenn überhaupt eine Antwort, Erreichbarkeit des Büroleiters schwierig, Anrufe und hinterlassen von Nachrichten hat nicht oder spät zum Rückruf geführt. Das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein hat sich leider nicht eingestellt. Einmal und nicht wieder...

Mir wurde alles sehr verständlich erklärt, sehr kompetent und freundlich!Vom Terminwunsch bis zum ersten Empfang, einfach alles super. Vielen Dank an die Notarin Fr.Seeler.
