Die Abwicklung war schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten Golf-Klasse gebucht, aber bekamen ein Auto der Marke ???, was sich wirklich nicht leicht fahren lies. Ich hatte ständig das Gefühl, dass es mir das Auto gleich absäuft. Ich fahre seit 30 Jahren Autos aller Marken (privat & beruflich), aber an dieses Modell konnte ich mich nicht gewöhnen. Wir waren froh, dass wir ankamen. Des Weiteren war der Kindersitz sehr abgenutzt, wahrscheinlich Second Hand. Der Kofferraum war auch sehr klein, obwohl wir einen großen angemietet hatten. Zu guter Letzt haben wir die Kaution nicht vollständig zurückbekommen und müssen nun Zeit & Energie aufbringen, um den Differenzbetrag einzutreiben". Warum die Summe nicht vollständig zurückbezahlt wurde

Decent service with good price and cars.Pros+ Good car+ It was clean+ Great price+ Good fleet size -> there were the only ones which had cars in a very busy time+ Friendly and smiling assistantCons- I had to wait for 2 hours for them to get the car ready- There are no chairs in the office so I had to stand for 20-30 minutes until they finished with the people in front and with my papers- Assistant gave me a number and said call if you have questions. Forgot to mention that they will answer only between 8:00 and 18:00- 24h service only available at a different location- Did not provide a detailed invoice. I had to call customer service to find out why they've charged €35 more
