Absolutely horrible experience with this company and the customer service. My vehicle was shipping from the states to Germany. I had to pay over $200 for my car to sit because there was not a trucker available to bring my vehicle to the port. This was an additional expense on top of the shipping charges associated. I will never use this company again or recommend Trans Global to anyone. The Customer contact Sabrina was absolutely not professional and did not respond in a timely manner. My vehicle also arrived damaged and I got an email saying “there is nothing they can do about it”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, pay the extra money to use another company, not worth the stress or headache this company gave my family or I. Not organized at all, highway robbery. 0/5 stars

Terrible service and would not use again. Care only about the money but don’t provide a good service. Vehicle was picked up completely clean and received looking like it was ran through an off-road track. Car was completely dirty outside and inside with complementary car wash voucher or any care whatsoever to the condition it was given to me. To add upon the lack of care for cleanliness, the rear bumper was also scrapped and damaged during shipping. There are many problems that can be easily addressed to make it seem like the company actually cares about your car instead of the money.

We shipped out our car in late November and worked with Vanessa, she asked us to make sure we gave her a good review and I’m glad we hadn’t wrote a review. We just received our vehicle and the whole inside of the car was covered in mold!!! They also never gave us a tracking number they just kept saying your car will be there. I’m so disappointed especially since we had to pay out of pocket to ship this vehicle

Wir haben einen Oldtimer von den USA nach Deutschland mit Trans Global Logistics verschickt. Abgesehen davon, dass wir drei mal so viel zahlen mussten wie ausgemacht um unser Fahrzeug zu bekommen, kam es letztendlich beschädigt an. Der Schlüssel und die Fahrzeugbrief waren verschwunden. Finger weg von dieser Firma! Nachdem wir dies beanstandet haben übernehmen sie keinerlei Verantwortung! Sie haben uns nicht mal gesagt, dass der Schlüssel verschwunden ist bis er vor der Tür stand und nicht abgeladen werden konnte!

I have used Transglobal services for previous shipments (2016, 2020, and 2022) of my cars. Previous shipments were exemplary however, this time had I only known...the customer service received from the Bremerhaven employee (Sabrina) was beyond acceptable, I would NOT have shipped my cars. This person actually engaged in yelling and screaming match with me, and the Customs officer only to make excuses for lying - the customs officer terminated the call. Her language was beyond my upbring and beyond hood." I learned from the local affiliates office here that they have the very same communication problems with Bremerhaven staff (Sabrina). What burns me more than anything
