I was extremely impressed with Carmen's knowledge and professionalism. By the end of my rental viewing, I knew the best places to shop, eat, and park. She introduced me to the landlord, made me aware of my rights, and made sure all the proper documents were in place. This was easily one my smoothest transitions to a new area and as a US contractor, I've moved around a bit. I thought housing would be the most stressful with not knowing the area and the language but I got lucky in finding Carmen. I cannot recommend her enough!
