Ich kann den Service von „Atlas“ ruhigen Gewissens zu 100% empfehlen :)(Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, denn meine Erfahrung war hier sehr positiv.)Alle Mängel meines Auto wurden, wie zuvor besprochen, zuverlässig erledigt und dazu noch super schnell. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, und die Leute sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und ehrlich!

Ich bin zu Frieden

- Disorganised Parking - First impression of this place is chaos. It's a large area of land, but cars are parked haphazardly. There are tyres and other materials lying around as well. When I entered, there were 3 more cars there standing in a queue and two cars inside the workshop being worked on. I had no place to park properly, and barely found a small area where i could just reverse into without blocking the whole garage- No Reception / Office - The office was empty and three guys were working on two cars. Some customers were already standing there while others were sitting in their cars, and some arrived after me. No one realised who came first, and no one seemed to know who to talk to for what- No Queuing - People who came before started talking to the guy, and one person who came after me also started talking to the mechanics even though he saw me standing there already. They started arguing in their own language and the mechanic was also pointing at me. I had no idea what he was talking about. This went on for a while. I waited patiently- Poor Information Availability - I wanted to know the prices for services (e.g. tyre change, storage, etc). The website from their visiting card (which I received from a friend) does not work. Google does not reveal any website or price information. Eventually one of the senior mechanics came to talk to me.- Untrustworthy - I called them on the phone and asked for prices. They gave me a € figure. I also asked them on the phone if I can get a printed invoice for the services, he said yes that would be possible. The guy on the phone told me to call the landline office number and make an appointment. I called the landline and he told me to come in an hour. I did go there in an hour. The price was the same, but when I asked him will you provide the receipt, he blatantly refused. He said, why do you need an invoice? Isn't it strange to leave my tires in the garage and not even receive an invoice for this, what proof do I have that he has stored my tires? Even though the owner who I called earlier told me on the phone that this will be possible.After all this chaos, I realized, even though the price seems a bit cheaper, I do not want to give my business to this disorganized organisation. I wish they would offer a better service and a bit more order even if they raise the price a little. The sad thing is, not only is this company harming their own business, but they leave a negative mark on the universe by mentally disturbing people who come to visit them to do business.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, gestern habe ich mein auto genommen .die mitarbeiter sind sie sehr nett besonders ein jung mit capi heisst ibrahim ist sehr profesional hat sofort die fehler von mein auto gefunden, mein auto war bei zwei werkstat und sie können nicht die fehler finden. Endlich die preis war sehr günstig.Ich empfehle ihnen für atlas kfz service
